You will need to upload your own logo into the header, after importing the theme and/or demo content.
Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Header >> Logo. Right at the top you can load up your own logo, and it will populate into the header once you save your changes.
Your new logo will automatically link back to the homepage of your website, so you should be all set!
