This is a known issue, as of April 2021, but there is a work around that is easy to implement.
Issue: If you are using the built in social icon widget, you might find on mobile views that the icons are not centering properly. Sometimes, in mobile views, they shift to the right – no matter what your settings are.
Work Around: Set the # of columns exactly to how many icons you have. The default might be set for AUTO but you will want to change this to get around this issue. So if you have 4 icons, then you will want to set your columns to 4 (while in the mobile view). See screenshot for details!
