Make sure to include as much detail as possible, screenshots are welcome too!  Also please make sure to check the items below before requesting support:

1. Make sure WordPress is updated to the most recent version. Check the latest version here.

2. Please make sure Elementor or Genesis (depending on your product) has been updated as well.  It is actually best to verify that ALL plugins you have in your site are up to date!

3. If you have other third party plugins installed, try to deactivate them (one-by-one) and see if the problem still exists (to rule out a conflict between plugins).
